Is there a book I could get with all this information in it, please?
I am 70 years old and have just gone onto Windows 7 and use firefox, but I need a book so that I can look things up - as the memory is not as good as it used to be. I bought a book on Windows 7, but it is based on using Internet Explorer.

Those both appear to older versions, both copyrighted in 2005 and likely are not up to date for current Firefox versions and Firefox user interface changes.
Here's one that's only two years old - May, 2009.
