I can't get firefox to load on my computer anymore. I tried to reinstall it but it still doesnt work. Now I can't even get it to uninstall. Any suggestions?
When I click on the firefox icon, it does nothing. I tried to reinstall it and when it is done it starts to check compatibility with 0ther addons, then freezes. I have tried uninstalling it, but it won't let me. I love firefox so is there anything else you can tell me to try?

Is your old version of Firefox running in the background? Use ctrl-alt-del and start Task Manager, then check in the 'Processes' tab and see if there is an entry for Firefox. If there is, highlight it and click 'End Process', then retry uninstalling & installing it. Actually I would reboot the computer after ending the process if Firefox was running in the background - just to tidy everything up
