Random interactive ads play audio and video on my pages while I'm using Firefox.

At first I thought the ads were part of Facebook, but their customer service says the ads linked to a third-party add-on to my browser. Now I'm seeing the ads on other pages. How do I find out what is allowing the ads and how to remove them?

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."
