I get an error message when I try to send windows live mail. It lets me know that I need to adjust my settings. I'm a novice here, and I don't want to try something that i don't know how to fix later. Cabn you help?

Sorry, that's not a Firefox support issue.

Try using Windows Live support. http://windowslivehelp.com/product.aspx?productid=15
