This is the SuMo site - Support for Mozilla products, like Firefox, Thunderbird etc. To get help for live mail, see Microsoft support

I am having the same problem,I have been intouch with Microsoft and all they tell me is to push Alt+F and unclick work off line and that will fix the problem....sorry BUT it dosent. Can any one assist with another alternative response to fix this problem.
