Try changing server name to smtp.office365.com, port 587, STARTTLS, Oauth2

ALSO, please DO NOT include passwords in screenshots. I suggest you consider changing it.

Hello again, Sorry, but I'm useless. Here are the screenshots. On the last one, “Try again” is grayed out. I changed my password. Thanks for your help.

Are you adjusting the setting? You have incoming as port 587 and STARTTLS. The setting is 993 SSL/TLS Please try again
