Number 1, 2 and 3 are not images they are Micosoft Documents - they have a .docx extension and use Microsoft Office Word to open and read. Number 4 IMG 4973.jpg is an image file and typically opened using Paint.

If you look on the bottom Task Bar, I can see that you already have 'Word' open as the 'icon' is displaying it as open - so as you have already opened the docx attachments, then they cannot be opened again because you have not closed them. Just select the 'Word' icon on bottom Task bar to see them.

Same goes for 'Paint' - on bottom Task bar the 'Paint' icon is displaying as open and in use, so select it and see if the imaga is already open.
