Email Nesting
Can the nesting of emails be turned off? I constantly have to search my emails to find a specific one. This was so easy before the nesting was implemented. Now everything is hidden. It's getting to be as bad as gmail.

Fortunately almost everything in Thunderbird is still customizable.
To turn off threaded view, from your inbox just click the button for the "Message list display options." It's probably on the top right of your message list. When you click "Sort by," you'll have the option to choose Threaded or Unthreaded view.
