I am unable to send messages from one of my talktalk domains ********man1@talktalk.net & can only receive. My other talktalk account work fine with same server settings. I have tried everything including changing password, even though I was 100% sure it was correct. Nothing has been changed in server setting and has been fine for years. Have tried sending mail within talktalk mail to self and all is fine, so the issue is within Thunderbird. Your help would be greatly appreciated in resolving this issue.

What does "cannot send" mean? Post a screenshot of the error message you get, if any.

Do both accounts use the same username for the outgoing server? Or does each account use its own username for SMTP?
