i changed it to DNS IPv4. it still does not load.

Can you try a VPN in case your IP is blocked ?
windows has a VPN built into it.
like i stated this problem started last Friday. before that i had no problems. i know my IP is not blocked because i am a top seller on the site.
Show the ip info again.

No. Page 2 shows IPv6 info, you said that changes were made. Show the changes.
Change the modem and dns to IPv4 and show it.

Ok. That's just your local info. Where is the modem a.k.a gateway info like on page 2?

where would i find the gateway info?
i am not using WiFi.
