Add bookmark dialog box does not show 'tags' section.
It's exactly like this only adding a tag does not rectify the problem. I can add tags in the bookmarks library, but the 'tags' section does not show when I Ctrl+D. Any ideas? See screenshots here I would post them publicly but I'm not allowed to post publicly on imgur anymore after getting so many downvotes for questioning the sacred firefox's memory usage. Nice group of people (eyeroll).

Your screenshot shows text in the "Keyword" field instead of the "Tags" field. You need at least one bookmark to have a tag for it to appear in the Ctrl+D panel.
