Unfortunately since this is a login site the data is private and you can show the rest for others to find what is happening there. But can you provide the URL so others can view to see what is happing as well. Also tryin Firefox Private mode browser and verify if the problem printing keeps happeing that way is only just the Browser running and nothing else.
