Entry field being blocked - will not allow me to type

My employer sent me a link to sign up for an employment planning service. I need to enter my name, DOB and their entry code. The second line is being blocked and I cannot type in it. I need to type their entry code on this line. I have attached a copy of the screenshot. I am not sure what the Mask limit is for this line as it is not a line that I am typing my email address in.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?


Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.
