I am setting up new devices and trying to sync my account across them. When I try to login I get a message saying it sent a verification code to my email address but I don't receive it. I try everything the support page says to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Email address is ... @charter.net. Thans Dave

Did you get a message saying that message was not delivered/problems?
Open the sync page and make sure the e-mail address is correct.
Open your e-providers website. Check all folders including spam/junk. Also, open its settings and make sure of what is blocked.
