I want to remove the skype icon from the tool bar or bookmark line. I no longer have the app on my computer but I cannot get the icon to go away.

Can you attach a screenshot?

If this is a bookmark then you should be able to remove it from the Bookmarks Toolbar via the right-click context menu.

If this is an icon from an extension then you need to uninstall this extension or drag the icon off the toolbar in customize mode.
