Unresponsive page links on a well-known internet financial site. Several links are completely unresponsive. I am unable to access or manage account funds. Customer support advised trying Google Chrome. I have always trusted Firefox, and don't know what to do.

What bank site? Have you tried in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode
