remove bing completely
for some time I was able to avoid "bing" showing up in win 10 firefox. Now it appears again and i even cannot get rid of it via registry editor.
Chosen solution
That was not what I said. I said: Remove Bing anything. I also said to remove SafeSearch, SearchAssist Incognito . . . . as these are a form of ad-ware.

Are you talking about the home page? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-set-the-home-page
Or the search engine? Type about:preferences#search<enter> in the address bar. You can select any search engine to be your default from here.
You can also remove any engine from here.
A search engine BING doesn't exist.
In the HOME PAGE I can't find anything either. It's only in the very first Firefox call in Google every time a BING image appears in "https://www.bing.com/?pc=COSP&ptag=D012821-N9996A74DCDF78DC&form=CONMHP&conlogo=CT3335043" and that can not be prevented, which is annoying in the long run. Already at the next and following Firefox tabs this does not repear. If you then delete BING image in the first Firefox tab then it stays deleted.
The shortcut that you use to launch Firefox. Right-click on it and select Properties. In the Target box, is there anything other than the link to the browser?
The target box contains only a link to Firefox.
There are a lot of hints on the GOOGLE Internet about this BING-image when Firefox is called, even with changes in the registry, but nothing has been successful so far.
Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; (<Control> [Mac=<Command>] <Shift> A)
In the Add-ons Manager, on the left, select Extensions. Remove “ Bing “ Anything.
Also remove SafeSearch, SearchAssist Incognito, FileConverter Addon, SearchLock, DiscreteSearch, WebSearch, Findwide Search Engine, securedsearch
Now do the same in the computer’s Programs Folder.
Windows: Start > Control Panel > Uninstall Programs. Mac: Open the Applications folder. Linux: Check your user manual.
I am not familiar with working in the add-on -manager.
Do I have to enter the string bold textRemove " Bing " Anythingbold text in the "Add-On Manager" as it says on the paper. Does this also apply to SafeSeach etc.?
After searching 'Remove Bing' in the A-O-M the 'Bing-Image' page' still appears on the full screen.

I have made every effort, but all this has brought nothing.
What did you mean with: Now do the same in the computer’s Programs Folder. Windows: Start > Control Panel > Uninstall Programs. Mac: Open the Applications folder. Linux: Check your user manual.
There have already been comments on the Internet accusing Microsoft of making sure you don't get around this Bing image, once you have it.
Many nuisance programs can be installed either in the browser or on the system. What you need to do is to check both locations; in the browser's add-on section, and the computer's programs folders.
Can't get rid of this Microsoft process on first Firefox call in first TAB.
Can you list the content of the Add-ons section on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page ?
Do you also get this page if you open a new window ?
Note that "conlogo=CT3335043" is a strong indication that Conduit is involved.
