Thanks for reply & I did get screenshots to work correctly. I have another "problem" when I click the copy button that is next to the download button. I get a message that shows it has been copied to clipboard & press Control + V to paste. I've tried pasting in different websites, programs on my computer & does not paste. My first question is what program(s) or websites or whatever can I paste into?
