Downloads are occurring properly, but not showing on the Downloads page.
I have downloaded some items and I get a notice at the bottom of the screen that the download has completed, but there is nothing listed on the Downloads screen.

Check the settings on the privacy panel of the options window to ensure that Firefox has been set to remember download history. For details on the settings see Settings for privacy, browsing history and do-not-track.
