I have been trying for many hours to log in to my IRS/FreeFile account and there is no response. Have even tried to establish a new account with no response.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
