Hi: Just joined and signed up, received the email verification code and entered this code. Then received the following on FF page: "This account is not active. Please contact an administrator if you believe this is an error" Could someone explain what I should do next? Thanks!

Hi and thank you for responding. Because I am new to FF, I did not know there was an verification email or that I should be looking for or expecting a verification email. And it was found it in my junk folder, thank you again for helping.
