The minimize and close options are on a bar above the tab bar

So I've just installed Firefox on a new device and the top part of the browser is not like I have it on my other browser. I'm used to having the tab bar aligned with a minimize, full screen and close option. However, it seems these options are on a windows bar of themselves above the tabs. I've shared a picture of the two elements on the same bar i got from my previous PC and the misaligned one on this PC. Thanks for any help you can give me.

You can hide the title bar via the customize window.
