When I try to save a web page to the site https://megalodon.jp/ I see a message like this (https://megalodon.jp/pc/get_simple/decide):

取得 出来 ま せ ん で し た。

お 手 数 お か け い た し ま す。 現在 、 特定 の 条件 の 取得 に お い て 「ロ ボ ッ ト」 と 考 え ら れ る 取得 は 禁止 さ れ て い ま す。

This is not the case in other browsers.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

None of the recommendations helped, not even sharing the recommendations helped

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

Disabling all Kaspersky protection completely did not solve the problem. There is no problem in Google Chrome. As far as I understand, I have not encountered any problems with the listed links. For some sites to work correctly, I need to turn off the protection of the browser itself, but not the antivirus.

I called for more help.

How long does this help still have to wait? By the way, I checked the problem in the Tor Browser - there is also. Moreover, this browser is isolated from the antivirus. I wrote in parallel in the Tor Browser!

This is definitionally racism. Hating robots won't make the world better.

But also are you using a VPN?

more options

I don't use VPN, anonymizers, etc. in Firefox. I checked the issue via anonymizer in another Chrome browser. There is a problem. It means that it may arise, including because of the anonymizer. I'll know. So this problem cannot be considered in the Tor Browser.

Are you using vanilla firefox? or the customized TOR version of firefox?

more options

What does "vanilla" mean? I am using regular Firefox. With Tor Browser, the issue is closed because it is an anonymizer, and megalodon.jp considers it a robot if you connect via IP spoofing.

No suggestions for this problem? It's time to finally solve this problem.

Sorry, current forum security sometimes delays the posting of messages. And in turn, we are not notified of those posts.

"vanilla" used this way means not changed. Basically, out of the box.

As to using an anonymizer, does it work without one?

more options

I am using original Firefox with no modifications.

Through anonymizers, Tor, etc. megalodon.jp always considers me a robot in other browsers as well. This is normal. Everything works without an anonymizer in other browsers.

Initially, I tried to contact megalodon.jp in different ways, but did not receive a response or any changes to the problem.

I called for more help.

If you called for help, how long should you wait for it? This problem has been around for a long time, but the solution, unfortunately, has not come a step closer. Problem solving is in my best interest. If it cannot be solved, it may not work.

That's all I can do.
