I can no longer sign into my Microsoft account using Firefox. I deleted cookies and cached data, refreshed Firefox but no luck. I don't get any errors just a blank page. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

That didn't work either. I'm going to uninstall it and perhaps I'll wait a while and try again. I've found another browser that I think I'm going to like and so far it does everything I need it to do. Essentially open pages and let me sign in. Hopefully I can get an answer that works. Thank you for the suggestion. John
