Hi everyone,

first: english isn't my mothertongue, so if someone is willing to redirect this question to the german support i would be very thankfull.

I try to use Netflix on this browser, and after getting some errors i checked my Plugins: Both OpenH264 and Widevine have a yellow banner below them, claiming that they will be installed shortly. Well i have this problem since weeks now. Anybody got any Tipps for me? Cheers Lukas

Hello Lukas,

Here you'll be more comfortable :

Those two plugins will only be downloaded and installed when they are needed. For the OpenH264 plugin this means using WebRTC.

For the Widevine plugin this means visiting a website that play DRM protected media.

Try to toggle DRM off/on to see if that makes Firefox (re)load DRM components.
