I was browsing on Pandora and Firefox brought up a notification that said it was running slow, would you like Firefox to fix this. I said yes, when it restarted my logons page was blank

Hello tidbitsmov,

As you mention in other threads about lost logins that none of the suggestions solve your problem, I have asked someone to take a look at your case.

Chosen Solution

I don't know what you tried, but: Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; '''Old Firefox?''' Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/recovering-important-data-from-an-old-profile https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-run-firefox-when-profile-missing-inaccessible

Question owner

The first one was the solution I had to use. On a side-note, one of the previous solutions suggested uninstalling and reinstalling, which I did. Which in turn caused a registry error and links would not work from my email. This has been an extremely frustrating multi-day problem for someone (me) who does not program computers, and just uses them.

FredMcD thanks for your help! I was able to fix the problem with your input.
