attempted to order from Tractor Supply but kept getting a notice that I did not have "permission" to be at that site and I had been denied. . Why?

I am a "member" at Tractor Supply and have ordered online with them for a long time. This time I just wanted to prepay my order for horse feed so I didn't have to go through it all at the store. The page would not come up and the page would only say that access is denied. I don't know what to do. Help!!

In your system details you mention that you don't know what plugins are :

When you go to Firefox's menu (the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner, right under the closing X) and then scroll down to "Add-ons"; you will see on the left side "Plugins" (among other things).

"Add-ons" is the collective name for the items you see there.

(I'm telling you this, because of what you told me in the private message you sent me prior to posting a question)
