crashing all the time

Philipp - here is my last message. I am logged in to my acct now

I just submitted all of them now. I didnt know they existed until a few minutes ago when I found them following your instructions & submitted them. 

 Also I tried to print this Amazon label & it crashed as it did several times yesterday. No crash report was created. Here is the url from which I tried to print the label

Also I tried to download the pdf from the following & it crashed as it always has in the past. But I can open as a pdf & save & it doesnt crash. crashes only when I try to download
