Hi, saying it's not working isn't really giving enough information about exactly what's happening, however, try holding down the Shift key when you start Firefox to start in Safe Mode. More - Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.
If it works in Safe Mode, restart Firefox, then disable any theme or extensions you have - 3-bar menu > Add-ons > Themes/Extensions and restart Firefox again; now if it's OK, re-enable them one by one until you find the culprit. You may need to restart Firefox after enabling some extensions.
If that doesn't help, try a Clean Reinstall; this means you remove your Firefox program files and then reinstall Firefox. This process does not remove your Firefox profile data (such as bookmarks and passwords), since that information is stored in a different location. With Firefox closed, use another browser to download Firefox from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ and save the file to somewhere convenient on your computer.
Now delete the Firefox installation folder which should be in one of the following locations -
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
You can now double click the file you previously downloaded to install Firefox.

Hi, Tried all above methods, but the Firefox not working. Firefox not working meaning, it is unable to open any websites since updation to 70.0.1 (64-bit) version of Firefox browser. Please help to resolve the matter.
What happens when you try to open a website? Is any error message displayed?
Hello Seburo, Firefox browser respond to nothing when i am trying to open any website. It is showing Private browsing in Firefox browser only. I am using the Firefox browser since 2004 December and i am very much disappointed with this happening. Please help. You may call me on 9409832278.
