Firefox extremely slow loading pages intermitently

I have the latest version of Firefox (68.0.1) and sometimes it's extremely slow rendering pages or on the speedtest page. I can go to a website with Firefox and it will have speeds like a 28.8kb modem and yet at the same time, go to the same page with a different browser and it be perfectly normal. I have cleared cache, removed and reinstalled, checked preferences and settings and everything else I can think of.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
