Hi! I'm an avid firefox user for years now, but recently I've experienced some trouble. I study on an online platform, which has different multimedia resources (videos, images, etc.) and also offers a Flipbook (which is something like an interactive online book, I guess). Every time I try to open this flipbook (it opens another window, which is normal) Firefox crashes instantly. I've tried everything within my resources, but I'm far awar from a tech geek =(. So far I've disabled content blockage and all my extensions (privacy bagder and uBlock for the website) and nothing seems to work. I appreciate any help given, thanks!!

Good. Now try installing the current flash. If the problem returns, Adobe Support https://forums.adobe.com/community/flashplayer

Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

Flash Player Version 32.0.0.223

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
