Network Monitor not Archiving

Expected behavior (observed yesterday under the same conditions except it was near but < 1000 requests):

Open network monitor, enable persistent logs, capture traffic, when at a satisfactory point - right click request list, save all as HAR, har file saved containing information on each request.

Observed behavior at 1110 requests:

Open network monitor, enable persistent logs, capture traffic, when at a satisfactory point - right click request list, save all as HAR, dialog shows 9 bytes will be saved, file saved says "undefined"

Question: Is there a cap on how many requests one may archive in a session? If not, what would the "undefined" error be coming from? Is there a way I can fix this without losing everything I've logged so far? I didn't find anything that talks about the functionality of Network Monitor beyond its explanation here (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Network_Monitor/request_list). How to use it vs how it works and whatnot.
