Firefox will not respond to ATT's check availability site after putting in address to check, it just does nothing after clicking on the check availability butto

While in the ATT site, "https://www.att.com/shop/address/#/check-availability", after I type in all the necessary information, I click on "check availability" but Firefox does nothing. I've allowed cookies for this site but nothing fixes it. All other browsers, Edge, Chrome, all work as the site is designed to but not Firefox. Any help would be appreciated!

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-version?cache=no Did you update Firefox to the latest version 65.0.1 February 12, 2019 Many issues were fixed.

My Firefox is up to date and was not the answer. However, when I re-started Firefox in safe mode, that fixed the issue. So, how do I get Firefox to open the page in regular mode?

Thank you for your help.

I think I just figured it out.....I was running an ad blocker extension and removed it. Went to the ATT site and it worked perfectly.

Thank you.

Tim

Good work. Most ad blockers have an option to not block selected websites.
