Note that the Print menu that opens via Ctrl+P or the Print button in the Print Preview window has this as a setting on the Options tab.

That is something that shows up when you print and as options during print. And is present from the printing driver when you choose to print. That isn't something the Browser sets and comes from the printer software that turns has that option.
