Firefox asking to choose profile everytime when starting up even after specifying it at the Target in properties.

I use different profiles for Developer Edition and the basic edition. To do this I changed the Target present in the shortcut properties.

For instance, I changed the Target to "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -P "BTMax" for my case. Even after checking the 'Use the selected profile without asking at startup' I am always greeted by this menu.

Is there any way to fix this? I've attached the image of the dialog box I'm greeted with.

My bad! My stupid self had initialized the wrong casing.

Should have been "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -P "BTmax" instead of "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -P "BTMax.
