All good addons disabled, and treated as legacy, and won't add them

Thank you for making the best browser out there look like every other browser out there, and only the barest of customization. My hat is off to you losers. You can't tell me this is because of security. You didn't need to disable the "legacy" addons, nor remove support for them. The addons works well, and weren't the problem. The problem is attempting to look, and act like Chrome. Or even like Edge. Re-enable the usage of "legacy" add-ons. They were the best thing about Firefox.

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

I agree with you about what Mozilla has done to the browser. I am still using an older version of Firefox because many of my add-ons will not work on the current versions.

I use Waterfox, because of my add-ons. I do use Firefox, somewhat, as a backup/offline browser. I have tried a lot to just move the bloody tabs to below the bookmarks, and no going, so far. It might be easier to do with Chrome, at this point, than Firefox. Personally, I don't mind using Chrome, again, as a backup, and to try to figure out some stuff, but I want Firefox back to what it used to be. This new stuff is not making anything safer, or helpful to those of us who don't like the look of Chrome or Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer.

@SirTwist any changes you want to make from the default looks requires css codes. If you just search the net you can find what css changes the looks of firefox to what it looked before. And as mentioned this is user help forum and name calling doesn't help to get you help when one goes down that route. So if you genuinely want help they will help but going down that route will be a quick end to this posting. And if you having been reading up on the news for firefox changes then it's not the forum nor anyone else fault here. The information has been on the internet for some time before they made the change and if the legacy makers don't want to update then they are the one that must make the choice.
