I had activate recovery and security code on my account

But I didn't save the codes in safe place

And then I re installed the os Now I can't restore my account

You can try to reset the password of the Sync account to see if that gives access to the account settings. You will lose all data stored on the Sync server when you reset the password of the Sync account.

Hi, sorry to hear that. Yes when you do not take your computer off Sync before you format you loose your data anyways as there is a token set on your computer to talk to Sync to transfer your data.

You will have to make a new account or go through the process of getting new passwords.

If you are using Sync as a backup service, that is not what Sync is intended for. It is intended to Sync 2 or more computers to sync the data. If the above does not apply to you continue on with getting new password.

HI, you are going to have to deal with passwords and security codes yourself. Firefox Support Volunteers nor anyone have your passwords or codes. Start again. Get a online email like yahoo that has throw away addresses and you can make a bunch more mistakes.

my only problem is with two-step authentication i forced to reinstall the os im not like those people you tolk about them
