I'm using 32 bit cause there is a site i use that still need java...

Java doesn't work with any version of Firefox after the Firefox 52 ESR version.

Are you using 32bit Firefox on 64bit Windows? That can slow down your performance.

There are release notes for version 60. Only two things could affect you in this release:

  • Applied Quantum CSS to render browser UI
  • Updated the Skia graphics library to milestone 66

You could switch back CSS engine to render only content and switch Skia to Cairo.
