How do I Resize the Download window? Make it smaller?

At one time, the Download window was just the right size. Now, for some reason, it's too big. How do I get it back to its usual, smaller size?

You should be able to grab the corner and move it. Is there a problem?

You get the about:downloads page instead of the Library window when you are in Private Browsing mode.
