I am getting the error when I try to watch Asianet serial. I have a subscription with HOTSTAR, but they are not able to help me. I was able to watch it till 3/8/2018. I am attaching the error I am receiving. Please let me know what I should do?

I am not able to find the lego block as you are saying "You can find a Lego block icon at the left end of the location bar indicating that the web page uses a plugin (Flash) that Firefox might block. You can click this Lego block icon to allow or block this plugin" I am running the latest version of Adobe Flash.

Hi, Therean issue that only affects users who have turned off cleartype font rendering within their windows settings. so a workaround for the moment would either be to turn cleartype back on or disabling hardware acceleration in firefox: Firefox's performance settings https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/performance-settings

Please let us know if that worked or not as can help further if that was not the Solution.

Fyi: I do not know if this effects you or not. https://www.howtogeek.com/345946/microsoft-blocks-all-windows-7-security-updates-unless-you-have-antivirus/

Please update Shockwave Flash plugin to the latest version (29.0.0.113).

You can download the latest Flash player plugin for Firefox on this page.

Make sure to check that you aren't downloading unwanted extras.

The Lego block icon I am talking about is showing in the first screenshot (under your question) between the Control Center 'i' icon and the padlock on the Navigation Toolbar.

Hello, I am not seeing the lego block. May be this is not where I should look. Not sure. The website I am working on is us.hotstar.com. I was able to watch everything until March 8. This is a paid subscription. After 8th os March, I can watch everything except the Asianet serials after March 8. I can still watch everything downloaded before that date. It loads for a few seconds and then the error comes on. I am sending you a screenshot of the site as well as the error. some other person sent the following help as well. But I do not know what is cleartype.
