How do I sign in to an existing account after installation of Firefox?

I have a new computer and want to keep the bookmarks from my old one. I missed the sign in box when I downloaded Firefox, so uninstalled and tried again, but this time the sign in box did not appear at all. I cannot find 'sign into existing account' anywhere. Many thanks

Type about:accounts<enter> in the address bar. [57+] https://accounts.firefox.com/settings

about:accounts no longer works, so you need to open Options/Preferences -> Firefox Account
