can't find "help" when I click on "menu"
Menu does not give me a "help" option to learn what version I'm running.

When you click on the 3-bar menu, you'll find 'Help' at the bottom, next to a question mark. Click on 'Help' and then on 'Firefox Health Report'.
Or simply follow FredMcD's directions .....

Press the Alt or F10 key to bring up the toolbar. Then Help > About Firefox will tell you what version have. WARNING: and install any updates.
