Hi,

Sorry to hear that you received a message that your account has been locked. First wait 24 hours until trying again. If it fails again and you still have access to the email account, then please create a bugzilla.mozilla.org account and use this link to create a request.

This is when your account is locked and you do not have access to the email account you created this Firefox account in, or the email is no longer accessible. I would recommend making a backup of your local profile first and then creating a new Firefox account.

If there is still a problem, please feel free to reply to this thread and we can help you the best that we can.

I have this same problem too. It was working fine, then all the sudden, I tried to log in to sync & I got a message saying it sent a message to my email but it was returned so it blocked my account. Nothing is wrong with my email, I still have the same email & I didnt receive any email. Not sure why it would be returned. But now I haven't been able to log in for over a week or more. & I have no way to know how to get it unlocked, since whenever I click the link on the page that tells me my account is locked it just takes me to a Firefox support page & keeps taking me around in circles, I can't get a hold of anyone to get any help. This is crazy. Really getting tired of all the run around with Firefox lately. Plz unlock my account!!!

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you mean about posting the bug created from the link that Happy shared in her first post? Do you maybe mean the bug I created from this? So its been way more then 24 hours. I'm not sure what's going on. But I think they said they were contacting an admin to look into it.

Sorry about that, that's why I was a little confused, since I had already posted it.
