Blocking my DASHLAND I need my passwords ASAP Can not bring up DASHLAND I am a novice at computers. Had it yesterday woke up and now FIREFOX is blocking it.

Where do I find AND REMOVE PLUG IN SHOCK WAVE 28. 0r0 ???

That was not the problem.' Dashlane handled it immediately and fixed the problem within ' a half hour. Way before you answered. Was great to have the personal touch. It wasn't even their issue. It was Firefoxe's. I wasted much time trying to figure it out myself and I could not speak with a person. Thank you for responding any way.

Shockwave is a Adobe software contact them for support on it. FF is a End user help we don't help with passwords on other site. Also what is the link since no one else can test what your saying they can't see what is going on.

'Shockwave' is what Adobe Flash Player is called in Firefox. Flash is installed on your system - you will find it in the Windows Control Panel => All Programs.

You never said that you had contacted Dashlane as well. You got an answer on this support forum in less than two hours - you're not the only user posting questions here .... The people who answer questions here are (for the main part) volunteers, users just like you, trying to help other users in their spare time.

You asked how to to find and remove Shockwave - well, did you  ?
