Hello

What are Photon onboarding, Web Compat, Follow-on Search Telemetry, Shield Recipe Client and Activity Stream extensions. And why do I need them enabled.

Also, what is pingsender.exe. And why do I need to allow outbound connection.

Thanks

Firefox comes with some builtin extensions that are stored in a features folder, globally in the Firefox program folder and locally in the profile folder. These feature extensions that you see listed on the about:support page are used to add extra features via an extension or repair/fix known issues.

Hi' I already have: toolkit.telemetry.archive.enabled as false toolkit.telemetry.enabled as false toolkit.telemetry.unified as false

Maybe, 58 update caused pingsender.exe to ask for outbound connection. Windows Firewall Control dialog asked me to "Block Allow" pingsender.exe outbound connection.

So, is Shield Recipe Client ? = https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/shield

Where's KB on Photon onboarding, Web Compat, Follow-on Search Telemetry, Shield Recipe Client and Activity Stream. Why do I need them enabled.
