Meu navegador não abre ao ser acionado
Possuo a versão 57.0.4 (32bits) do Mozila Firefox. Em determinado momento (não sei relacionar a um fato específico) o navegador passou a não abrir mais. Consultei no gerenciador de tarefas do Windows, e o navegador aparece na seção "processos em segundo plano". Ou seja, pelo que parece, o navegador está sendo executado às escondidas. Já apaguei o programa e executei novamente o mesmo instalador do Mozila (reinstalei); executei o navegador como administrador; cliquei em resolver problema de incompatibilidade... Não abre. Nada funcionou!

Close Firefox. Open your file browser to this hidden location:

- Linux: *~/.mozilla/firefox/Profiles
- Windows: %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
- *C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
- Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data
\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
Search for the above files. Then rename or delete them. Restart Firefox.

A primeira opção funcionou. Fiquei um pouco confuso, pois existe uma pasta e um arquivo com o nome 'Profiles'. Se renomear a pasta ou exclui-la, uma notificação de erro aparece, ao tentar abrir o navegador de web. No entanto, quando tentei renomear o arquivo 'Profiles', deu certo! Funcionou no mesmo momento!
