Can't print web page to pdf

When i open 'print' menu, the option to print to 'pdf' is not there. I tried to install 'extension', none is from adobe acrobat. i tried the extension from : 'https://api.pdflayer.com...', some every web pages could not be printed, it came out blank. Thank you.

No idea about the above program or if got it from below or not : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/extensions/ Use the above to find something. Or follow below : https://www.howtogeek.com/150891/how-to-print-to-pdf-in-windows-4-tips-and-tricks/

If you are talking about Firefox it does not have a Print Menu.
