How do I go back to the Firefox I could count on? The so called "Upgrade" is a disaster. I made a huge mistake taking the upgrade.

The new version of Firefox is a disaster. Lost all bookmarks, the ability to view video content, too. As well as many other features that were an everyday convenience. Why o why must they throw out the baby with the bath water? Upgrades are the bane of an I/T workers existence. Without upgrades. how can you justify a paycheck?
