I am having problem with aspera web plugin that is use for secure file upload. my firefox browser is up to date and aspera connect version 3.7.4. this is an critical plugin use for day to day task, specially when we require to log bundle for support cases. your support and advice will be much appreciate.

Hi,

Firefox does no longer support NPAPI plugins. Would you please take a look at this article :
