After the update, my windows 10 desktop icons are larger, set farther apart, and the text is fuzzy. All windows are wider (stretched appearing) and I cant change anything. The browser pages are so big I had to set it for 80% viewing to see the page.

Hello, this sounds like a problem on Windows end and not Firefox. Here are instructions for rolling back a recent Windows 10 update: https://www.howtogeek.com/235474/how-to-roll-back-builds-and-uninstall-updates-on-windows-10/

It was a windows issue. I ended up allowing a Windows 10 update I had been postponing, and it helped with most of the issues. I had rolled back the Firefox because I really did not like the new one, but will try to get brave enough to update it too. Thank you.
